To meet the requirements of customers who need to drop off their garments early in the morning or pick them up late in the evening, PURE operates extended open hours, with team members ready to assist from 8am to 8pm every day of the week. In ABC Dbayeh, a major mall in Lebanon, our team will be available to serve you 365 days / per year from 10am till 10pm.

To reduce travelling time to an outlet, PURE will operate a network system, opening small shops in strategic locations, in malls and on major commuting routes. Customers can even drop off and receive their laundry outside opening hours, so that PURE feeling is always within reach, no matter what challenges the day has in store.

PURE knows that our customers lead busy lives that require a rapid turnaround within our business. Sometimes the next day is simply a day too late.

The high speed and efficient service at PURE means that we can have shirts ready in 4 hours and any other item within half a day. To make things even easier we send all our customers an SMS message to notify that garments are ready to collect, leaving you free to simply Drop and Shop.
